Real-time hormone monitoring is now possible.
We are now accepting proposals from a select group of research and clinical partners.

Level Zero Health is enabling access to human biology.

Hormones govern some of the most fundamental processes in the human body - reproduction, metabolism, stress response, recovery. They are among the most clinically significant biomarkers we have, and yet outside of a laboratory setting, they are almost entirely inaccessible.

The barrier has always been the blood draw.

Hormone measurement today is constrained by its dependence on venipuncture. Every data point requires a clinic, a phlebotomist, a laboratory. That requirement limits sampling frequency, increases patient and participant burden, and quietly narrows the scope of what research and clinical care can achieve.

We set out to remove that dependency.

For the first time, we have shown that clinical-grade hormone measurement without a blood draw is possible.

Direct measurement from interstitial fluid - the biological medium beneath the skin. Not inference. Not proxy signals. The hormone itself, in minutes, anywhere.

We are now accepting proposals from clinical organisations and research instituitions to be among the first to work with it.

The world's first platform for real-time, lab-free hormone measurement.

Our first product is a single-use patch applied to the skin for 10-15 minutes. A compact handheld unit captures the measurement. The patch is then discarded.

Each patch measures one hormone from interstitial fluid - the biological medium directly beneath the skin surface. The analytes the system measures are estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), luteinising hormone (LH), cortisol, and testosterone.

No laboratory. No phlebotomy. Sample as often as the question demands.

Work with us

We are looking to engage with a select group of research institutions and clinical organisations. Including those working on:

- Making hormone monitoring during IVF more efficient and less burdensome for the patient
- Tracking hormonal fluctuations through perimenopause and menopause
- Monitoring testosterone in hypogonadism and TRT management
- Studying fundamental hormone biology and cyclical patterns at a resolution not previously possible
- Investigating how hormones respond to interventions — lifestyle, pharmacological, or otherwise
- Running larger studies and clinical trials where sampling frequency has historically been a limiting factor
- Pursuing research questions that have simply never been answerable at the required sampling frequency

This is not a commercial launch. As we make the product more readily available, now is the time to get in touch.

Tell us about your organisation, your focus, and what you would want to explore. We will read everything.
